Submissions can be made from February 1st, 2023 through March 1st, 2023. Winners will be announced on March 5th, 2023. 
Free Wedding Day will take place on May 7th, 2023 at The Space on Main in Ashtabula, OH. No promotional credits or make up days will be provided. This prize is non-transferable. To be eligible for submission, you and your partner must be available and present on May 7th, 2023. All vendors and items have been pre-chosen and no selections or options will be provided other than those listed in the contest rules and regulations. Winners will be chosen at random. Residents must reside in or obtain their marriage licenses in the State of Ohio. No purchase is necessary to participate in this sweepstakes. This prize contains no value. The Prize may not be substituted for future or past services by these vendors, cash or any other prize. 
For winners chosen, a $50 refundable deposit is required to hold your time slot on the day of the event. Upon arrival to the event, we will return your $50 deposit to you in the form of a check. This is to ensure the arrival of participants to the event on the day. A legal marriage is not necessary to receive the return of your deposit, only your arrival to the venue.

Failure to submit all required information in the manner required under these Official Rules and/or on any entry or contribution form may result in disqualification. By completing and submitting this form, you are subscribing to Epic Elopements promotional and informational emails. Your name and e-mail information will be shared with participating vendors of the event. You can unsubscribe at anytime. Unsubscribing from our e-mail or a vendors e-mail list does not alter your eligibility. A total of 9 prizes will be given. Time slots can be requested but due to availability, may not be able to be honored. The location of the ceremony on May 7th will take place at The Space on Main in Ashtabula, OH. 44004. 
GENERAL LIABILITY RELEASE: By entering the Promotion, you release Epic Elopement and all related parties/vendors from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or delivery, mis-delivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses, and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.
