Custom & All Inclusive

Microweddings

We have pre-built custom packaging but we realize you may want something special. Our packages are built specially for you to cater to your exact wedding day needs. Most of our packages include the following: 

  • Officiant and legalization of your marriage 

  • Ceremony, decor set up and tear down, and music coordination

  • Professional wedding photography with a digital gallery 

  • Wedding day flowers including bouquet and boutonniere

  • Table decor - based on your desired outcome

  • Full service catering for an intimate meal 

  • Bar service as requested

  • Wedding cake and everything you need to enjoy 

  • All coordination, planning, set up, tear down, vendor and venue payments and contract signing. 

50 person micro-weddings typically range from $13k to $15k. We are always happy to try and work with any reasonable budget. We will give you a full quote for you day before you commit with us so you know what your wedding will cost before you commit. Are you ready for a quote?

Running Horse Farm

This popular Ohio Barn Venue is pairing up with Epic Elopements to offer a unique package for 2026. This package is for a Sunday Brunch style wedding and includes all the major components of your wedding day. 

  • Officiant, personally written ceremony & legalization of your marriage.

  • Two hours of professional photography. 

  • Up to 40 Guests. 

  • Bridal bouquet and boutonniere- Styled to your preference. 

  • Running Horse Farm decor closet- no additional decor purchase is necessary. 

  • 5 total hours rental on your wedding day. Specific dates available, subject to change. Ceremony time must start between 12pm and 2pm. 

  • Use of the Bridal Suite before ceremony. 

  • Wedding Cake for up to 40 guests.

  • Ceremony music and playlist coordination. 

  • And all the planning, organization, vendor handing & set up by Epic Elopements

  • Hot brunch provided by Lavera Catering or Pope's Kitchen. 

  • Self Serve Bloody Mary or Mimosa bar. You supply the alcohol

This beautiful and unique setting is perfect for small and large events alike. These peaceful and wooded ceremony locations are perfect for true elopements and micro-wedding ceremonies. This package includes ceremony only but cocktail hour or a full intimate dinner can be added. 

  • Officiant, personally written ceremony and legalization of your marriage.

  • Two hours of professional photography. 

  • Up to 50 Guests. 

  • Bridal bouquet and boutonniere- Styled to your preference. 

  • 4 total hours rental on your wedding day with white chairs for your ceremony.  Choice of two ceremony sites. 

  • Use of the Bridal Suite before ceremony. 

  • Wedding Cake for up to 50 guests.

  • Ceremony music and playlist coordination. 

  • And all the planning, organization, vendor handing and set up by Epic Elopements

  • Catering and food options can be added for an additional fee.

  • Officiant and legalization of your marriage

  • Two hours of professional photography

  • Guests up to 50

  • Bridal bouquet and boutonniere- Styled to your preference. 

  • 4 hour rental of the winery including all tables, chairs, couches. 

  • Full bar (wine, beer, spirits, non-alcoholic beverages) with dedicated bartender and bar credit of $1000. 

  • Wedding Cake for up to 50 guests

  • Ceremony music and playlist coordination. 

  • And all the planning, organization, vendor handing and set up by Epic Elopements
